I wouldn't try to get anything past them as far as accidents go. When they run you through their insurance they could catch you.

    Farmerbob1 Thanks this.

You will not have access to the insurance company databases so there is no real way to know everything.about you.
Just be truthful and answer only what is asked.

    Farmerbob1 Thanks this.

You can pull your driving abstract from your state dmv, most do it online and you can see it instantly, I would not try to hide them the big carriers will find out.

i agree with all of you with not hiding anything. Im just so confused. Ive been in two accidents and none of them are showing on my dmv records on my local states site. I know one accident my job just said they dealt with it with the police department. Now if my job just agreed to pay for whatever damage is it possible it doesn't show up? im def not trying to hide anything but i just want to be sure one accident defintely is on my record. because i didnt even deal with any cops. i guess my job did. but i didnt deal with any police report myself. and if i can not have one accident on my record of course i don't want to report it. im sure just having one accident on you makes you look very bad.

When it comes to accidents in general these should be in the state DMV records and available for a fee. Most insurance carriers use the CLUE database to check if a claim has been paid out. As a trucker, you also have to be concerned with things like Hirerights DAC database. @ZVar nailed it hand! Regardless of it you can see it or not! If you know list it on the application. Don't get sent home from an orientation because of falsifying your application. Several weeks ago a friend that is a safety critter told me they withdrew a job offer because someone had lied on their application.
