So What Happens If I Get A Ticket?

Dont worry about getting a ticket. Be very concerned if you get more than 3 tickets in 6 months. Do that and the companies will tell you to park it.

 

How accurate is this statement? If they give you any paper, they tell you you have 24 hours to report to your company. If a ticket you are fighting doesn't have to be reported until adjudicated, then why does a warning have to ever be reported? ..... asking for a friend.

 

You would have to eat the buy the bag full to even think about it being a positive but even then a lab would be able to tell im pretty sure. They can tell whether you took morphine or hydrocodone. They give off diff metabolites.

 

Yup, had this happen and it did cause an additional 2 days of ground time. Once it was said and done I was back on the road with nothing on the record. The initial lab only sees the spikes, then it goes for additional reading.

 

The co. called Roadlaw is one of the outfits ooida tell their members to call if they get a tic. they have helped me 2 times in court one time I did not have to be in the court with them and it turned out very good!

It also seems the cheaper tests are more likely to pick up the opiate without discriminating what sort it is. I would count on my company to use the cheapest tests they can find.

In any case, not worth the stress
