Waiting here now at the terminal because I was too excited to go home and I locked my keys and the truck. So where do you hide your spare incase this happens to you?

I used a large wire tie and tied one in a place not easy to see in my engine. Never had a problem losing it.

Leave 1 in ignition and never take it out. Carry other one with u at all times. Or tape it under frame , catwalk. Etc

I like to tiewrap one to the negative battery cable, Hid one once on the chain of the fuel cap, worked till the tiewrap broke, probably still in there. I do not remove the ignition key and carry one attached to my belt. Now, well up till monday when I resigned from Pepsi, rather than taking a Sleep Study, wont do it....

I’m not sure; I lost the one I hid on truck.

I’ve been locked out before too; I just found someone that had the same year as me to try their key... I’ve accidentally gotten into the wrong truck while on the yard, they all look alike; and it seems the company keyed their trucks the same.
