And what rights would those be? Still looking over the first ten amendments (Bill of Rights) to the Constitution, and can't seem to locate a particular right as it pertains to this issue. Would like to know of which right it is that addresses being able to be free from scrutiny about how long one drives a interstate commercial vehicle.

I have been told by DOT in Red Bluff they would prefer they see carbon copies....But they didn't write me up....My mistake was having more than 8 days in my binder during an inspection...Since then....I have been through at least 10 inspections by 6 different states and no problems.... -
Come on...Life is not "Black and White"....
Almost every DOT I have talked about this said that they wouldn't cite a driver for being a little over if they were looking for a place to park....
Geezus....What's next....Getting fined for just looking "Suspicious"?
