Listen while I was working at the sponsor of the e log's aka Dart transit I told the woman in safety I knew I was out of hours when I wanted to go take a shower and I am not going to deny myself the right to do so. And so you knew pad users keep on supporting the e log I'm going to take me a bath when I feel like it screw a jug of water I'm not a dog on vacation with my owners I'm a man who will take respect if it's not given to me and that's the bottom line.
Now if they want me to catch a cab to a motel room I will after they pay for both.
See you supporters of the black box claim to have all the answers but you really don't you are really afraid to stand up to the government is what the real issue is. You are afraid to stand up at least till it effects you and or your wallet as a matter of fact it's all about you and only you which is what's wrong with this industry which brings to mind the drivers that keep on speeding by others who have broken down on the side of the highway and I'm willing to bet you do that too without asking if the driver is even alive because it's all about you. And so please if you want to lick the boot of big government and big business keep on licking because only you will be the one who looks in the mirror when you hopefully brush your teeth.

That's called freedom and many of these bipolar drivers believe they are still free while having such a box installed? They are not free as a matter of fact if they have a violation from eight weeks ago or probably even longer and they are in another state they can get shutdown and fined too.
And to answer the other alleged driver's answer about his clean audit did you ever stop to think they real reason why you did not receive a bad audit is because they want all of us on e logs and so what could be happening is that they are rewarding the boot lickers while punishing those that won't bow to the government and just play ball.

What's going to happen to all of this is it will be routed through the government servers and your chance to correct your logs will be diminished to O and selectively audited while the big carriers will be casually left alone and if you drivers are not looking long range you may wanna take a second look at your history and how our corrupted government has cooked frogs and or sheeple in the past.

Boy you truckers are a paranoid whiny bunch. Adapt and overcome. Bunch of conspiracy theorist in here.
It's simple- either adapt and keep rolling or go to the wayside like many many other companies that did because they too didn't want to change and leave the freight for all us others.
If you can't afford the Elogs system then maybe you precious paper isn't making you that much money after all huh?

Restrict me? My Elogs doesn't do anything. It sits there and records what I do. It doesn't restrict me, it doesn't make me drive faster or slower, it doesn't do anything but RECORD what i DO. Simple right.
I am gonna go out on a limb and bet you've never used a Elogs nor probably even looked at one and are just going off the truckstop banter you hear while filling up your coffee.
I still get 11 hours a day to drive, same as you. I still get 14 hours to work in a day, same as you. I still have to take a 10 hour break, same as you. So unless you have some special time warp that slows down time or something I don't see how you make more money. Oh wait...you cheat the logs. That's why the Elogs are coming.

    KANSAS TRANSIT Thanks this.

its not truckstop banter to see that when the shipper has to KICK you off of his property because you are "out of hours" and then you are driving ILLEGALLY to a truckstop

or that you have to stop on the shoulder because you cant make it to a truckstop

or you are 30miles from home

or some of the other horror stories that ELOGGERS have attested to

its not truckstop banter, it is the result of grown men needing a computer to tell them when to drive

and speaking of cheating on logs

unless you log EVERYTHING you do related to that truck, and sitting at the dock, and cleaning your truck and a host of other things, eloggers cheat on their logs also

except they get screwed on the one thing that pays,..............driving

everything else they give up to the company for free

    Roadmedic Thanks this.
