Im having no luck with any of these companies hiring newbies. about 20 companies called and all wanted some kind of experience but there was 1 or 2 that said they might hire newbies but were offering around 18 per hour and housing wasnt there so those two dont seem to great compared to what ive heard or seen other newbies post. I guess i gotta keep on looking!!!!!

They aren't up here at this time. I bet it won't be long. Everyone else is up here trying to cut the rate. They wouldn't last though. This aint texas. Winters comin!

You should try Halliburton or Schlumberger to get your feet wet. They hire newbies and offer housing. Work for them for a year or so and the door will fly open for you. Once you've proven yourself the sky's the limit up here. FLA is a tough sell though. With winter coming not many will take a chance on a newbie from FLA!

Looking for two drivers to run a 4 on 4 off schedule in the ND Bakken Formation, lots of hours. Stay in truck while working, rent in Bismarck when off $450 rent. Experienced $25+hr. or 24% commission.

    Hey there
I'm new to this. My parents own their own construction company but the economy hasn't helped them at all. Jobs aren't coming in but the bills still are. My father has his own semi and has hauled his own equipment since 2008. He has double/triple and tanker edorsemnets. We've heard that there is money to be made in North Dakota. He already travels alot for work so being away from home isn't a big deal. He's driven in snow and ice conditions and knows how to chain up. Any ideas of people who are hiring?? Please

I'm leaving this morning going up there. Going to work for Gold Spur. You can check with another company called Stallion, and one called Fox Run. I don't know about the no experience thing. If you go to http://www.jobsnd.com Not all the jobs are listed there, but the ones I listed are. You will have to set up a name, and password to access the site, but that only takes a minute. Good luck

Stallion is huge and in TX and other states. Fox Run is just getting started and no one knows much about them. There are tons of jobs up here. Check out www.theshopperinc.net More people advertise there than JOBSND.com
