If y'all don't mind me asking how much do you have to make per mile to make ends meet I'm having a hard time figuring that out I'm trying to get started in the business and I've got just about everything else taken care of so if anyone could help that would be great thans in advance!

 

To answer your question everyone's cost will be different. One guy might have no payments and can run a lot cheaper than someone that is paying on a truck, trailer, etc..

Figure out what it will cost YOU to run per mile and you will have your answer. There are many websites that have a calculator for this exact thing.

 

What is the most reliable way to get loads once I get rolling? Load boards? Hire a broker? Or are there any other options?

 

I know there have been some questions about sleepers on 3500s through 5500s. Here is a pic of my newest addition to my fleet. It is really going to save money on the hotel bills.

They are made by a company in Grifton NC called roadmaster. They are pricey but save a ton of money if you or your guys stay in motels often
