    Does not hire anyone that was falsely accused of a crime and went to trail and was dismissed. I applied and was told by soar I have cases pending which I don't. I sent them the paper work from attorney showing it was dismissed yet they continue to say I have court pending so do not apply especially with James the recruiter

    Why shouldn’t people apply again? Instead why don’t you just dispute this information on whatever background services they use? I checked their website and it clearly says “Clean background”.
