Are you sure you have the correct cause-effect? Around here I would say to be a city cop a dui is a requirement. :) The state boys are professional, but I've all but given up thet the local leo's know their backside from a hole in the ground.

Listen to the DMV guy, you'll be fine. But be warned, when you get your first driving job make sure you won't go into Canada. I don't know what system they use but I've heard countless stories of them pulling up EVERYTHING and I mean everything a driver has in his past. If you jay walked when you were 14 years old they will know. They probably use an FBI or Interpol record search.

Does anyone have an oppinion on whether I should list the accident, even though my DMV driver history records do not list the accident, only the ticket? The city I was hit in has record of the accident, but the DMV does not.

You might be able to get school paid for by one of those govt. programs that help folks with "issues". That's how I got my CDL and I got a record 3, pages long with a paragraph on the 4 th.
Worth checking into. Ask the unemployment office in your area.

You need put that ticket on application, how much was the fine?No reason why I asked just curious what those fines are.Have you got a copy of your MVR?Even though those accidents may not be on your record,if the application ask to list all accidents even if it wasn't your fault you need to do so.Because if your company finds out later on you will get fired for withholding information. They'll think you were hiding something.Answer all questions,do not leave anything blank. Some companies have a more detailed application and ecspects applicants to be truthful even if you weren't at fault.List them if thats what the application says.

    Weeezerd and austinmike Thank this.
