Teaming could be hard, if you are teaming with someone you do not know, but I think if you had a boyfriend/girlfriend/husband/wife/good friend, you could make a lot more money in teaming than solo if you do it right. This is all just from what I have heard, as I am not on the road yet.

Teaming just does not sound like any fun. Sleeping in a moving truck, its best to find someone who likes to drive opposite times.

Teaming CAN be great, but for that to happen, you must be able to:
    1) Trust the other driver with your life.
2)Be able to sleep in a moving truck.
    3) Trust your co-driver with taking care of things properly. For instance, when getting loaded (if it's your turn to sleep) can they back the truck into the dock without your help? Can they make sure the bills are in order? Do they know to 'pulp' a produce load to make sure you're not being loaded hot?
    4) Can you deal with occasionally switching your driving habits, ie. instead of night driving, can you drive during the day? (It will happen from time to time)

If you can deal with this then teaming can be very rewarding. I ran team for about 4 months (after training) and my co-driver and I still keep in touch (he and I both left the company). And you can basically keep moving (and hence, keep making money) as long as your company KNOWS how to keep teams moving.
