What's the mandate have to do with anything, the hours of service (HOS) are still the same as before the mandate.

Making me more money, people are leaving the industry because they don't want to play by the same rules we've had so more work for the rest of us.

I can, but your statement that nothing has changed is far from truth. Many people adjusted how they operate with the introduction of ELD's. There are tons of posts in here by people who complain about not able to run the same way they did before. You can clearly see what kind of impact ELD's made to freight rates

By the way I never made a statement that nothing has changed.
But I will say this agian, the HOS is still the same as it was when all these drivers were on paper.
