Would you pay a service to have immediate payment rather than waiting 60+ days to get paid?

What do or how do you go about if they don’t pay?

Call their insurance company and file on their bond. But usually the threat of that works.

I emailed about an invoice when it was a day late. Asked status. They said: "we pay in 30-45 days from invoice." I said: "Either show me in the signed carrier packet where it says that, or send me something showing you mailed the check yesterday. Otherwise I'm filing on your bond." Got an immediate reply saying they would have the check out that afternoon.
