    Got my CDL-all on my own so I dont owe lots of money. Now I'm looking for job to get some experience. I know there are other posts-Ive looked- but they really dont address any smaller companies that will hire someone new that just needs a start. My background is exemplary and i am into the career but just cant find a starter company. Any help from all my veteran trucker friends would be appreciated. Lets talk!!

    If you're interested, check out the West Texas oilfield. A lot of rookie drivers including my self got a start here fresh out of CDL class.
