some what new driver need help

I'm a new driver who started out at Stevens Transport, then left for Marten Transport, Left there and went to a family owned trucking business, ran a dedicated route Northwest-West Coast mostly San Fransisco and Los Angeles and only have a year and a half experience. I have gotten a couple of tickets, one moving violation, one fix-it ticket, one medical card. On the fix-it and Medical Card it's a non-moving violation. Can anybody help? Looking for a local job in Houston, TX. Will these tickets hurt my chances of being hired? Any advice would help.
