    If any of y'all happen to be running I-27 southbound, you can take US 87 from Tulia to Kress to get around it.

    Take exit 74, as if you were going to the old Rip Griffin's. Turn left onto TX 86. When you pass the livestock auction on your left, turn right onto US 87 southbound. The road will run parallel to the interstate, pass through Kress, and then put you back onto I-27 southbound.

    You can also use this route if you're getting to any of the businesses along FM 928, namely the Oldcastle facility, the livestock trailer washout, or the feedlot.
