Something Sound Fishy

So I was contacted the other day by this fella he called me claiming he owns 25 trucks and wanted to fax me a job app,ok so I give him a fax number and guest what,he never fax anything.So now he has a ad on truck paper but when I go to the federal motor carrier web site his company name is not on file..Here a link to his ad:

Just in case if you have a ad in truck paper seeking employment he may contact you,not sure what's he is trying to do.

 

He called me before he posted the ad,he claim he looking for drivers and someone to run his business while he leaves to other countries what ever that means.I google both phone #'s and nothing comes up.Also like I said he not on file with the federal motor carrier.Not sure what he trying to do.
