Hmm.... Another easy access plaza place I would go to is any of the Hardee's that included Red Burrito. They're kind of a Taco Bell alternative.

 

It is Interesting. I've never seen the Cowboy in the signage on the ones in UT. Theyare pretty good also. Much better than Denny's, Dee's, Village Inn.....

Here is one in Riverton Ut. Maybe truck parking on Park Ave... There is a parking lane but those trees really hang out. They are currently widening Redwood road in that area. Hopefully they will include a "parking lane", there room for parking on Redwood north of there... It would be out of route but not too bad to get back on I-15.

The Flying J at Resaka, Ga., has a Dennys. Actually cheaper than most fast food places because they don't inflate prices. At the fuel counter s nice variety of food too, including salads, cold sandwiches and pizza slices. Above average place.

 

All I see is fast food at truck stops anymore. I have to go out of my way to look for one with an actual restaurant.

 

I stopped at the TA in Illinois once, I can't remember if it was Mt. Vernon or Effingham, I think both of them have Popeye's. Anyway, the purpose was to fax a document. I smelled the chicken and followed my nose right to Popeye's. I bought chicken, got in the truck, and got down the road without even sending the fax. That Popeye's is something serious

 

That Del Taco and In and Out my my my.....I have parked and walked for both of those.....I've also done that for Chick Fil A

 

But it's so delicious, don't forget the A-1 sauce
