Those are single pallets lined down middle with no dunnage. Doesn’t matter who was driving. Same result would have happened.

And no, it wasn’t taking a turn too fast. I don’t drive fast, especially coming down here to WV.

Thru a Driver Service, I've hauled loads of Pepsi from Winston-Salem plant on old I-40 that were Staggered from front to back.
    Load secured by Gate Guard.
Loads went to Pepsi Bottling Ventures, St. Pauls, NC.
Then grab an empty trailer to another adventure.

Picked up a relay once, buckets of some type of wall prepping material that wasn’t paint. Got to the consignee, and find the loader put a single in the nose followed by three doubles. You can guess what happened. Shipper paid for all the damage, spillage, and cleaning the trailer.

No dunnage. The one freaking time I don’t look. Thats my stupid luck.

As for the so called “lumper”……he’s just a local that fixes fallen freight. I asked for Tax ID, he had none. I got his social and DL. I asked for a receipt, he left that at home. He doesn’t like Comcheck because of all the information he needs to cash check. He’s a real winner.
I got a receipt………scribbled on notebook paper lol.

I don’t get this whole “single pallets in the middle” concept. Where did this stupidity come from?

Why not just nose load half, and tail load the other half?
