Chinatown, can you tell me more about System Transport? There isn't a whole lot of info here about them. It looks like they are mostly flatbed, is that a good idea for a rookie? Is the pay OK? I really want to go OTR for my first year, do they offer OTR to solo drivers? Lastly, can you tell me about company training once I'm out of school; how long with trainer?

System Transport runs 48 states/Canada/Alaska. Hard working drivers average $50K. Don't worry about a new driver going right in to flatbed; these flatbed companies know what they're doing and wouldn't be putting new drivers in their equipment if they had doubts. As for training with a company after CDL school, every company has their own policy as to length of training. Talk to a someone at the company headquarters.
