Source one transportation (Columbus, Oh)

Company based out of Belle Vernon, Pa., they have 8 tanker terminals between Pennsylvania and Ohio, look up Guttman Oil/Energy, 200 Speers Street. Good hourly pay 10-14 hours daily (but restricted earnings) and benefits (but very expensive), high turnover due to rotating schedule, different days off every week. Paid biweekly and only 9 days pay per period. Company does not pay time and a half for holidays, instead gives you 9 personal days per year at 8 hours straight time, if you don't use them you lose them, losing money regardless. Company is run on threats and intimidation, if you don't load it your fired. Insufficient training for new hires, only 3 weeks to learn everything, this is done purposely. If driver screws up management fires you to look good and keep company solvent. No support from management & they assume no responsibility for anything. Cameras in all trucks watching your every move, Management does not and will not investigate situation accordingly prior to administering discipline, drivers are written up regardless.
