    Hey all, I'm searching for information related to the pay structure at SEFL. For example, what is the current hourly and mileage pay rates? Is pay market based or universal?

    Hourly and mileage! Most people aren't supposed to talk about it. Go apply. It is a non-union position so seniority should work but...... They will work you if you want to work hard. They pay well but low senority you spend a lot of time during the week gone and they don't have many sleepers which to me would stop me cold. I don't like taking a nap over tthe steering wheel. I hear guys say they make good money but don't know as I made 600-800/wk in the 70s.
