Space Open 232s001 05 what is that code?

2007 Freightliner Century with a Detroit 60. I could not raise my idle rpms for a long time and I noticed the sensor that reads if the hood is open was busted. Quick fix on the road was to take it off and splice the wires together which I read on here somewhere. Was able to raise the idle but it would cancel itself a few seconds later. It did that a few times and than this code came up. If anyone knows what it could be please respond. Thank You
