unfortunatly nobody can afford a new truck. If you look around the used truck market has gone way up in price. As for heavy trucks they don't depreciate as fast as a regular truck. The first time that I started looking for a used hh truck I was floored by the prices... Until I sold my 4 axle..

He has 3 axle trucks that are a fortune, looked at one there myself.
No way he was at fair market value for a dealer, thus my comparison to the other proud seller.
I lucked into a brand new Star, but wouldn't have gone brand new otherwise. My stuff doesn't pay for $150-160k trucks!

Another very important gauge is a FUEL filter restriction gauge!... takes the guesswork out of when and how much anti coagulant to add to your fuel during really cold weather conditions.. a fuel pressure gauge will only tell you low pressure way too late to do anything about gelling issues.

    MJ1657 Thanks this.
