Speed warning on inspection doesn't show on my psp

Should a speed warning show on my psp ? I thought a warning carried the same points as an actual ticket . However there is nothing in my psp report about a speed warning or an inspection for that matter . It was an inspection in December of 2014 so plenty of time to be there , is there somewhere else to look for csa points or is it just what's on your psp report ? My guess is the officer never turned in the inspection , maybe he felt bad for writing me up for 49 in a 45 while I was passing the 55 mph sign that he was parked next to!!!!!

 

I still swear he wanted to be the first Indiana trooper to pull a prime truck over for speeding

 

The inspection never said what speed I was going it just said reason for inspection pulled over for speeding
