Speeding container hauler slammed into Caltrans truck

Those container guys in NJ are in the right and the middle never leaving room to get by or moving over and your lucky if they are hitting 61/62 in a 65 zone. God help you if you get behind one in a 55 zone or 8 miles before thier exit they will have you doing less than 40 for 8 miles!

I would love to find more than one a week doing 70 but that’s a rare occurrence for me to see!

 

Been there,done that. If they’re going slower than I am then I’ll pass them if the safe opportunity presents itself.
Usually if they’re flying past me their container chassis may have a defect or two.
For some reason they have this thing about always having thermo events in the Garden State.lol
