Fight it but before you hire an attorney you may want to call the jurisdiction that is prosecuting it and explain your situation and see if you can work out an "alternative" to just paying the ticket - maybe pleading guilty to a non-moving violation and paying a higher fine or seeing if they would offer a deferred, where it is dismssed with the completion of some conditions.
If it's too much trouble to get a hold of that person or they say no then you can go and hire an attorney. I have seen this process work in the past for others. Every once in a while you will get someone on the other end that is sympathetic to a professional driver.

Thank you all for great advice !
I tried to talk to the jurisdiction but they are not willing to help me out in any way .
According to multiple attorneys they always have to appeal the case at this court house to a different one and than there is a better chance of getting the ticket dismissed .
So I just hired an attorney and let's see what happen -
