But after 12 months mega carriers would considered employment right?

Most likely not. 3 years is the length of time accident and moving violations follow you. At the end of your 3 years then you'll be able to get hired more easily. At this point, you need to apply to every company. Maybe one will have mercy. Also, you can't be picky. If one tells you yes, take it. There are multiple threads on here for 2nd chance companies. Do a search, look through those threads, jot those companies down and apply.

Ahhhh ok cool! Well all you gotta do is just find something to do in the meantime. Hopefully, you can stay driving so you won't have to do a refresher.

That was your second mistake. Your company can you before or after you paid the ticket?

BTW, 60mph through a town? I don’t think I’ve ever seen any town with a speed limit that high. City, big highway, sure. Town? Never seen it.

Then you've never driven through Texas. You can take a 2 lane 75mph road and then come around a corner and the speed limit drops to 45 in 500 feet, and then 35 another 250 feet down the road. I've come around corners doing 70+ and seen a 45mph speed limit sign right up the road. Had to slam on the jakes and the service brakes to not speed. And sure as ####, there is a city kitty sitting there in the parking lot of the five and dime with his cruiser pointed right at you.

The next city only drops you to 65, the one after that doesn't drop you at all, the next one drops you to 25. It's all over the place. I've seen it the worst in Texas, but Arkansas can be bad, Mississippi is bad in rural areas and so is Alabama. I've just realized that Mizzu can be terrible and so can south IL.

That being said, I would have hired an attorney and had it amended down. Most of the time they will do that. 6 over looks a lot better than 15 over.
