I think at some point how Officers write tickets is going to change. Much like Physicians today write narcotics prescriptions on different colored pads. Truck drivers caught in CMVs will have their tickets handled differently. Clearly stating the federal law on them. Today a lot of places now print tickets. I also think these cases will get reported to the FMCSA and placed in a drivers PSP directly. I know there are maybe 30 people ready to reply telling me I am an idiot and don't know what I am talking about. Let me tell each of you something. You old school types? What would you have said 30 years ago about how things are going today, elogs GPS etc etc? I'm serious. How much longer will it be till somebody at your terminal can see your heart and pulse rate much like NASA kept up with the astronauts! Think about this in regard to these rear-facing camera's today! Or how will you like it when you get a phone call asking about that near miss you just had? I know I'm stupid and don't know what I am talking about.

I don’t need to go back to bed. Warning tickets show up just like a ticket does...

I call BS! I have serious doubt in these days and the way drivers are that ANY company will refuse to consider to hire a driver with ONLY one 7 over ticket. Now I am going to need to see documented proof!
