Speeding ticket in my personal vehicle 45 in a 35.

Yeah that would had been hard to do and wait and see what happens. I tend to just want to know the outcome right away on stuff. I am one of those people that think about #### non stop and cannot shut my brain down. Drives me nuts when I cannot get things straight and have to wait on others.

 

I think it's a federal thing abiut traffic school.

Last time I was in court was 25 years ago. Signs were posted back then. In the courthouse.

 

Fight the ticket. If the cop doesnt show up you win, no problem. If he does talk to the lawyer. Yeah, they may be cracking down on CDL holders, but your werent in a CMV, so they might work with you on it. Cant hurt.

 

Car doesn't matter.

License is cdl.
