Speeding ticket, sort of

    My driver didn't get a ticket for speeding but he got an "inspection report" that said he was speeding. Can we fight the "inspection report" violation?

    You can DataQ it. But most likely that will send it to the same guy that wrote the inspection.

    Nothing gonna come out of it. If cop also gave a regular citation, then yes, you could have fought it at court, then if successful, submit to DataQ
