Not necessicarily the courts are slow.I assume you already paid the ticket so yes they have record of it.You can also get a copy of your MVR at your local DMV.
-
What does that mean in my case if admitting guilt and paying my ticket?
-
But I've given them all my info and asked them about it to which they have no record of it in their system
-
You've already given yourself away when you called so ask them how come its not on your record but you paid the ticket.AtticusRoad Thanks this.
-
I agree,I certainly wouldn't want that following me wandering and worrying when and if my employer finds out and then fires me.Companies do check the drivers records every so often.AtticusRoad Thanks this.
-
That's the same as appearing in court and pleading guilty, only in that case you also get the full fine AND points.
-
You were cited for speeding, that is all. Put the date on your application,if it does not show up when the company does the MVR check, there will be no record in the company file.
-
But I don't want to admit to it,due to me already telling a trucking company and they told me even though it's not on my record they still won't take me cause I admitted guilt to already doing it.
-
And what trucking company told you this??
