Spicer 10spd to an Eaton Fuller?

I have an International 1999 9900i with Detroit series 60, spicer 10 speed. Tranny needs replaced. Can I replace with the spicer with a fuller? Will it bolt right in? Should I do a 10 or 13 speed?
