    Hello Everyone
I'm having an issue received SPN 3226 FAIL 20 DD15 CASCADIA, took it to freightliner and they installed an awning kit. Drove about 100 miles and then it called for a forced region and same code EEC 61 FAIL 20 SPN 3226. Have had to regen 4 times in 24hrs. Any help ?

The def light flashed and the check engine light which means it was calling for a forced regen. I did it once and the light was still on, did it again and the light cut off. Then I shut it down and went to bed, and the next day (this morning) I drove 300miles and it did it again (the forced regen), I did a parked regen and it shut off, and then another 300 miles repeated process. Right now I'm at about 250 miles since the last time it happened.

I see :) Who told you that when def light flashes and check engine is on it's time for regen? Also when you started forced regen you were driving or stopped? What year is your Cascadia?

SPN 3226 FAIL 20 is related to SCR. You may have drifted Nox outlet sensor. Regen process is related to DPF.

I had both nox sensors replaced 9 months ago. Just dropped off at freightliner for these very same codes, they said it needed and awaining kit. Picked it up, 100 miles drive and the same SPN 3226 FAIL 20 popped right back up.

that's good they have installed awning kit. Nox sensor can go bad any moment. I had one lasted 4 month on my truck... SCR must be tested to make sure nox sensor is drifted.
