    Hi!

    We got a second semi truck from a dealership last April and we already put tons of money on repairs.

    And now this fault code is showing up on our ELD. My driver kinda know about what's wrong with it but not really sure. He said it's about a hose connected to the def.

    Anyone experienced the same ? Please give some advise. Thanks.

    If I am looking at this correctly, can be caused by after treatment fuel shut off valve,supply line leaking to shut-off manifold, plugged fuel filter or a bad fuel gear pump. Not sure as off work and don’t have full access to all needed info.

    Did you disconnect the fuel line from the HC doser?

    I would remove the Doser, the unit that that line connects to and inspect the injector. They do get dirty and eventually clog and or leak fuel. I would remove and inspect, if any faults found, it is best to replace. Cleaning rarely works.

    My driver saw the problem and you're right. It's the doser.

    I just replaced the filter in my water separator and now I have a code 3482 7 could this be an air lock or something is there a way to turn it off without insite
