Hi Everyone, Just got this Fault code on my dash with a Check Engine light on. Going to mechanic later on today, but wanted to see if anyone knows anything about this fault code. Forgot to Mention I have a 2012 Volvo D 13

SPN 412 is EGR temp sensor circuit. FMI 5 is low current or open circuit. Could be bad wiring, a bad connection in a plug, or a failed sensor.

It may take some searching, but I found a service manual that I downloaded. It's 74 pages. Has every spn and fmi code for volvo trucks. I just had my EGR replaced along with sensors and still getting spn 412 show up on my 2012 d11. Check out the wiring loom that wraps around the front of the engine toward the driver's side. My zip tie must have snapped because the plastic loom was resting against a metal radiator pipe and the plastic was melted. I'll get that replaced next. Only other thing it could be.

    Good luck
