Spotters (yard tractors)

    Your right about the lazy part. But I have to give the spotters credit. They have to hussle if they work at a 400 or 500 dock facility. Then deal with the rain, heat, cold and inbound truckers blocking their dock that they need to drop at, etc. The union guys are the lazy or sorry ones. There just seems to be something about being in the union that makes a good hard working man change and never do anything extra without filing a grievance complaint. Then there is the yard jockey at a smaller facility that thinks he owns the place because he is there all day. In trucking we all have things that can mess up our day. Whether your a city driver, over the road driver or a spotter. We are all in this industry together and should show each other a little respect. Its already bad enough having sue happy attorneys waiting to pounce on us because the general public always blames us right off the bat when there is an accident.
