There's a whole lot of 'i want something for nothing' going on in this thread.

You want to complain about customers eating up all your bandwidth then don't tell everyone that your service is unlimited. Running a big ad campaign about it, signing people into 2 year contracts, and then changing the contract is a scumbag move.

Maybe you could explain how paying for something and not getting it is fair.

Amen to that. Something for nothing? What? I was with AT&T had unlimited for 3-4 years, then they release the iPhone. That very day they inform me whoa, hold on,did we say unlimited? Nahhh, you get five gigs, and if you go over, we'll charge you $500 a gigabyte. Now Sprint is doing the same thing.

Well, I'm due for a new Sprint phone soon. My plan- get an Android with an unlocked boot loader, crack the wifi hotspot feature and tether it anyway. As long as you don't consume a ridiculous amount of data through your laptop you won't set off any red flags.

    READ MY POSTS!!!
I download 80-90 GIGS per months with my rooted Epic, wifi to my laptop
If that doesn't 'set off any red flasg' I don't know what will
ALL YEAR my usage is 80g+ per month
The 3G WHILE ON THE SPRINT NETWORK (NOT roaming) is still unlimited, it's the 4G they are capping (just like everyone else) It's still a limited, crappy signal anyway...Not to mention 4G KILLS your battery

There are ways to beat it if you have an ANDROID phone using 'EasyTether'.
you're tethered to your phone, but the software hides that connection.

That was awhile back and I do not remember the name. Current versions of the Verizon Manager work well with FTP sites currently.

    Thanks,
    Mark
