True that... What really matters is consistent speed. When I was on Sprint, I would have to set my phone to stay on 3G because their LTE was always cutting out.

Michiganoutlaw correction it does matter cause you have to account for how many people connected to that tower. your not just getting that speed for your personal use your getting that much bandwidth speed to basically be split among the customers. if they have a population of 6,000 customers connected to 1 tower in the area & the customers & the area shows 24Mbps & lets say 5,000 of those subscribers streaming YouTube half of the day that 25Mbps gonna be cut to about 3/4 of the connection & would be shot at about 8Mbps or lower. which is still descent but the more subscribers view videos the less bandwidth the other customers get. oh especially if those customers view it in HD now the connection is reduced to probably more of 3-6Mbps. oh best to believe you can & will see 4G LTE speeds of about that much.

im definitely considering on doing the samething I got to open another small claims case against Sprint hopefully this would be my final time within the last 5x taking them to small claims & haven't lost 1 case against them & every time I went it was without a attorney

I don't have that current information with me cause im with my trainer you can look up Davis vs Sprint in Hudson County small claims court in Jersey city nj. they basically settled & my last case they agreed to mediate it to where I can terminate all 4 of my lines without any ETF & that was last july

I did watch netflix on my phone last night, I can't complain -
lol yea I bet if you switch different areas it won't be so glorious to watch Netflix as much on your Sprint phone buddy.

i've had better luck with sprint 3g on netflix then i've had with verizon 3g.
and i gues i'll be one of the ### liers. other then the 80 in the west. i had good luck with sprint. and considering switching back.
i've had verizoxn 4 years now. i've had 4 crappy phones. i've had 4g service that's been slower then a dial up modem. and i'm tired of my phones restricted and not being able to root or run certain applications. i'm paying way too much money for such crappy restrcted devices and limited services.
i have a samsung note 2 from sprint and verizon. they both have their areas of no coverage. neither is better then the other. but i never had a crappy device with sprint in 15 years i've been with them. never had my device controlled by sprint. and NEVER paid as much money to sprint as i've given verizon the last 4 years.
with the new fcc approval of sprint's use of rural towers. it's said that sprint will have the bigger footprint over verizon once everything gets rolling.
all you verizon lovers. are just kikdding yourself. and you don't even know it.
i, for one, am seriously considering the ETF. with verizon.
and on the last note. i've never filed a small claims against sprint. to which, by the way, was looked up and not found. -
Michiganlaw I would like to show you another settlement offer I was just offered Friday by sprint. If you want I can show you screen shots via email
