OK. Update here. I found a new job. I had a guy named Joe hit me up on Whats app. He's nice. He had a really strange accent. He said it was Iowa? Anyway he landed me a job. Illinois, which is good. Lincoln Logs are from there. I can drive 36 hours straight without stopping, so I should be able to qualify for the bonus. The ELD is no problem, they said they have a guy in Murmansk, Illinois? The guy in the shop is cool. They put some nice fresh recaps on the front so I know it will steer good in the spring rain and Artyim the tech even cut my ankle monitor off for me! I really feel like family here already! They have the battery charger set to boil for about 5 hours, so I went and got a pizza and watched the Devil worshippers on Michigan Avenue for a while. I go pick up a load in Gary In Dianna in the wee hours. Catch you soon. This looks really promising.

 

I know! That's what I thought! they are some of the nicest tires I have seen in my life! Big knobby ones too, like the mud tires on Army trucks! Maybe after I get to know the mechanic a while, I can talk him into one of those really long shifters with a light up skull for a knob. But it can wait.
