Why do you ask? Both are the same....the only difference will be the trainer who will sleep below you during your training. You will spend a month learning to drive 10 hours per shift and living out of truck stops.
If I was you I would flip a coin and then stick to the fate that comes crashing down on you.
I ran for both companies back several years ago and they are both decent.
SRT does lots of coast to coast running. This was posted recently by a new driver that went to their school in Texarkana.
Either company would be ok for getting started though.
