I have driven for 7 different companies, St Michael's is by far the worst. Cannot get fuel ever, and when you do, then you cannot get paid. I have had 3 paychecks bounce higher than a basketball. I had all I could take, I'd advise anyone, never waste your time there. I think they're out of business now, or they should be. ATTENTION, stay clear of St. Michael's Motor Express, unless you can afford to buy your own fuel, and you are wealthy enough to never need any type of pay. AVOID, AVOID, AVOID, AVOID, ST. MICHAEL'S MOTOR EXPRESS.

I don't see where he paid for fuel just that he can't get paid! Unless I can't read simple english that is. There is NO WAY IN HELLO I'D put fuel in someone elses truck! As for bouncing checks after the first one that truck would be parked until it cleared and if it didn't then tires would be sold! If you own a company and bounce a check because you are to stupid to balance a check book to write a good check you can bank on having a truck on blocks or disapeared untill the check clears! It's cheaper to pay me than to loose miles!
Now, for those of you about to say Interstate Theft stop right there! The load would get as far as possible ON ROUTE until it was out of fuel. There are tow yards and "impound lots" or paid parking lots where you can park the truck and it's legal as soon as you fill out the lien papers with a lawyer. Then as soon as he figures out it'll be a lot more profitable to just pay you and get his equipment back he will but some of these bottom feeders are a waste of air we need to live on!
I thought St. Micheals was owned by 2 upstanding Women? -
if its the same st micheal's out of jackson tn, it is owned or was by a man named saia, yes a relative to saia motor freight. st micheals started out as luciano express, then they went bankrupt, changed names to something else, then bankrupt, changed to employee's express, then bankrupt, changed to st micheals express, see a pattern here! just my .02
