    Me too. I would have thought that he would know that the boom would be over height if it's not tucked down.

    1. Suspended license.
    2. Wrong trailer for the load.
    3. Forward facing boom (certain states require you to face the boom to the rear for this very reason)
    4. No securement on the boom (that's a federal ref, not a state reg)
    5. Did not measure height

    Everything that you can possibly do wrong, he did wrong. You hear me speak all the time about bringing that A Game every time you play. Here's why...when you start slacking and not putting your best foot forward, or start taking shortcuts, bad work ethics, robbing Peter to pay Paul, behind all the time in bills, maintenance...etc.
    Why did his license gets suspended? My guess is unpaid fines. Probably caused by his slacking on the maintenance. We would have paid them BEFORE it was due to protect our license. He couldn't. He probably doesn't have insurance either. He decided to take a shortcut and went down a wrong path and couldn't get turned around. Dead end.
