    So did this happen in FL or OR? In FL there are lots of ways around injunctions and they are rarely permanent. You should be able to appeal the matter after a certain amount of time, particularly if circumstances have changed (relocation of a party, reconciliation, etc) As the above poster said, you may also be able to seal/expunge the record depending on how exactly the proceedings played out.
