Starmate 4 problems...

    I have a Sirius Starmate 4 that jumps back to a previous channel after I switch to another channel....
    I have reset it back to the factory settings and it flashes "Preset Saved" constantly on the screen...

    Checked the troubleshooting section on both the manual and on-line at Sirius....no help there...

    any clue how to resolve this problem?

    Mine was doing that so I had to push the rotary button in for select after I found my channel. I fixed it by going into the settings but can't remember which one I changed. I think I turned of channel preview but not for sure. I'll go to the truck and see if I can figure it out.

    Under settings, turn off channel preview. If that don't fix it it might be FUBAR.

    Though I like RK's solution :biggrin_25523: It's possible the firmware might be corrupt. Might want to call the manufacture and see if there is a update or if it's known problem.
