Did my first road time with one of the instructors on sunday. I road out with two of the instructors to the main school, about 20 miles or so from the practice lot. I did some shifting around the parking lot for 15 - 20 mins then he stuck me out on 695/95. Then took me on 395 into Baltimore! and I drove thr the city. I'll be honest I was nervous as hell, but my the time we got back my shifting was getting much better. But I think I did well for my first time out. And the road instructor made me feel very comfortable and confident while we where out. Talked me thr everything very calmly and patiently and I so apprecited that. Since our class is so small they are taking us out one at a time wich normally doesnt happen, so we are lucky there. All is going good on the lot. Pretty good training so far down on the lot.

Sounds like you have everything under control now...good stuff!
I graduate March 2, and go to All State near the Port. -
Im not going with my old neighbor, the comp they are leased onto now requires 3 years experience now. But on a good note school is coming along good. Been getting lots of road time since there is only four of us. I am pretty solid shifting/ down shifting, tight turns. A lot of it due to the instructor Pete, I think if it wasnt for him I wouldnt be doing as well as I am so far. Did some backing at some real docks on sunday. Wasnt that bad but had a fair amount of room to get setup where we were at.
Hey how are things at all state man. I went down there and did a tour but they wanted way to much dough. -
I passed my test's, Only lost a point on the skill part for being on the line on the blind side. Got my alley dock, first shot and had no pull ups at all.
And the road test went smooth too. Now im just waiting for the school to get the paper work together so I can go up to the MVA and get my license.Jmurman Thanks this.
