Randy is TM, Kevin is planner. Debbie left in 10'. MJ is the other one who is left. He is DM/CS for the Port Division.

Also Knight uses Transflo. Sorry you will have to find a yellow box if you left over paperwork from another company.

Transflow, and if you have a smartphone, you can use the transflow app so you never had to deal with another cranky person at the Pee-lot.

You're not making more than $600 average. You may have good weeks but not always. I don't brag about my pay cause everybody that's been trucking for a while knows that as a company driver your pay is between $30 - $40k year.

I averaged 45k with Knight but I also only worked 5 days a week with weekends off. I had a great dedicated run from slc to la and back twice a week and the LA customer was about 3 miles from the Mira Loma yard. I wish slc hadn't blown that account. But with Elogs, there is no way I could do that run in a (now)62 MPH truck anyway :'(

Good dispatchers are few and far between.Hope one day knight does'nt decide to put your dispatcher in another dept.It happens especially when you're happy with your dispatcher. So dont act happy.Companies dont like to see drivers happy.Their goal is to make drivers miserable so they quit.

Really? Could have fooled me. I have two wonderful DM's while I have been here. My current DM does care about his drivers. He wants them to be productive and it is proven everyday. My DM is a dedicated account manager. When the account is slow, he is getting them general freight to do. With me, its local work or swiping empty trailers from other locations to bring to our account.

Now maybe when you drove, you had a DM that didn't care about you. Or, you didn't do what you were supposed to do there for your DM didn't want to help you because you became a whiner. I am sorry you had a bad experience but don't assume that every DM doesn't care because I am living proof that we do have DM's that do care.:biggrin_25522:
