Ofc/Schmidt out of plattsmouth recently has started hiring new grads. They say that way they can train a new guy to develope good habbits vs hire some frieght hauler that is set in their ways. They pay pretty good and are a cool small company to work for. Message me if u have more questions

 

They have ALOT of turnover. They have another outfit in Sioux falls, the same thing. They seem like nice people and all and theybseem to have a nice pay package, but there has to be a reason for that turnover

 

Sioux city u mean? That's Barto. Those guys look like rejects from a bad biker movie haha. I haven't seen a huge turnover. I know we loose alot of guys over home time. Guys want that nice home nightly job. Or some guys that live around Omaha get used to sneaking home a few nights a week then it doesn't happen for a few weeks and they get pissy. I don't see the problem tho. Get home every weekend same time like clockwork. Some guys just complain for the sake of complaining haha
