Just read thru this thread and just be aware blind that some stories do really happen. Not saying they will, but they do. TMC not the worst company, but we all know guys that have had bad experiences there. I wish you luck...

I believe some guys DO have a bad go of it. I also believe some guys have a bad time ANYWHERE they go. OK, so TMC has some "issues" name me one company that doesnt?? As I have stated in the past, I dont want to work for a company that allows anybody and everybody to come work for them. Sorry guy. I'm prior US Marine, and US Army Infantry! Yes, I'd say I'm just A LITTLE picky!!
Again, I am NOT trying to start anything with anybody. I'm just saying....

No. I drove for Roehl now local. Friend I was at roehl with left there and worked at TMC for a stint. He made some good money, but said things were the same there afger a while. He ended up with some issues getting home.
Mind your P's and Q's and you'll be fine. Heck at roehl you never touch a tarp till you're hired.
When I was running flats for roehl I would talk to a few TMC drivers. Most of the time they were happy. Though we all have issues somewhere along the way.
How long were you in the Corps?

Hey guy, thanks for the reply. I spent 4 years in the Corps. 1984-1988. Delta Btry, 2/10. 2nd Mar Div.
20 years US Army Infantry, Drill Sgt, reserves. 12 months Baghdad 2006-2007.
7-2 NPTT. Iraqi National Police Transition Team. 10 soldiers on an Iraqi compound. Trained and lived with the Iraqi's. Miss the food.
Ready for a career change. Working on a career change. I am well aware that ANY job will have its good and bad.
I am VERY particular with things, thats why I chose TMC. There is only a small handful of companies I would drive for. If I cant have any of those companies, guess what, I WONT DRIVE!!!
    Thats just me.

    Pop Thanks this.

Hey blind dog just make sure not to mention any of you VA disabilities while you are at orientation if their not serious. That was my mistake I have integrity so when they asked I told and got sent home the same day. Doctor was on vacation for 2 more days but the way they treated me I didnt like it at all especially being a disabled vet. Good luck guys.
