My business plan is as follows: found a company to lease on to and then purchased the truck and trailer (check). Find a way to cut out dispatch (taking 10% and this is where I'm stuck). I've a made a few extra bucks from the loads that I've gotten and its okay but it wouldn't hurt to have that extra 10% that the carrier/dispatch is taking from each load included in my monthly...=)

Folks, ya might want to look up Twin Turbo Trans LLC on SAFER before proclaiming how great he is... I know this guy and his so called operation.... and honesty is not in his vocabulary. I am also not a disgruntled former driver or O/O for "Igor/Sergei" either....

Yeh... I wish I would have put the waders on before page 2...
OP, one truck with a driver in it will not make you a living. You will be relying on your brokering to pay your bills. Good Luck to ya!chris74 Thanks this. -
1 truck and trailer will definitely not make you a living but will make you an extra few bucks. Just know that it can be very stressful at times.

I just deleted 4 posts that clearly had nothing to do with the topic at hand. A couple might have had relevance if it wasn't for the insults etc contained.
The staff has tried hard to allow folks that claim to be adults a chance to self moderate.
Things board wise have deteriorated to a lot of fighting, bickering and insulting other members.
Its past time for those that claim to be adults to act like it.
Thanks.
