I know when starting over again one can not expect to start with the top dogs. Which of the choices will prove to be a wiser and more long term asset? Schneider, Swift, Werner.. If any seasoned driver would like to help one make a decision to get back into trucking now is your chance. I need positive, fact filled, first hand information. I do not want to hear about your bad hair day or how your trainer smells.. positive only..Thanks

No, I'm not a recruiter, I don't even drive for SNI anymore, for a year now. I can't even get anyone on pumpkin driver to even answer me.
My experience with them was good, I was with one of the other companies you mentioned for a very short time, no, it wasn't Swift.
Have you looked in the Schneider section in the "Inside Scoop"? There's a lot of info there, mostly good.
No matter where you go, you WILL have a bad day from time to time, keep that in mind. Every company has the guys that hate them as well. I've come to the conclusion, that for the most part, it revolves around your own attitude, notice that, for the most part. Some times the company is screwed up.
As a new driver, your choices are somewhat limited, so what if you have to go with a mega-carrier for awhile, you'll learn regardless. And sometimes, one of them may be the only thing available for quite awhile, due to your location.
